Shipping costs for “undeliverable” parcels
If the parcel is returned to us as “undeliverable” and you wish to cancel the order, you will be responsible for the return costs of the parcel. We will refund you the amount minus these return costs.
Common reasons for “undeliverable” parcels:
The recipient's address is incorrect or incomplete (e.g. incorrect or missing house number)
The parcel can not be delivered because the recipient or the recipient's address can not be clearly identified.
The item was delivered to a branch or Packstation and not collected within the storage period.
The recipient's name is not on the doorbell label.
The postal number does not match the recipient's name (e.g. a friend's or family member's number is given).
The recipient can not be found at the address stated on the consignment.
The recipient has refused to accept the item.
Return costs for Germany: 5€

Return costs for countries in Europe, but not EU members: 20€
