Shipping policy

Within Germany, we ship your orders with our shipping partner DHL.

Shipping to DHL Packstations:

Please enter the address of your Packstation in the following address fields:

• Address: PACKSTATION + number of the DHL PACKSTATION (e.g. "Packstation 150")
• Additional address info (field labeled "Apartment, room, etc."): Post number (= DHL PACKSTATION customer number, e.g. "256789")
• Postal Code: Postal code and city of the DHL PACKSTATION to which the shipment should be delivered.

Please note when ordering from a non-EU country:

For orders outside the EU, product prices are listed excluding VAT. Depending on the regulations of the recipient country, customs duties and taxes may be levied upon import, which will be billed directly to the recipient by the respective customs authority.

Please also note: Shipping usually takes place as indicated in the ordering process. However, we reserve the right to use other service providers. This may result in different delivery times.

Shipping costs within Germany:

• Order value up to €20: €5
• Order value from €50: Free shipping

Shipping costs Europe (EU):

• Order value up to €80: €25
• Order value from €80: Free shipping

Shipping costs Europe (outside the EU):

• Order value up to €200: €35

Shipping costs United States and Canada:

Attention: Shipping to Québec, Canada, in the postal code range J0A–J9Z is not possible.

• Order value up to €150: €100
• Order value €150 to €300: €50
• Order value €300 to €999: Free shipping

Shipping costs to other countries:

Shipping costs for other countries will be shown in your cart.

Shipping costs for "undeliverable" packages:

If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable" and you wish to cancel the order, you will bear the return shipping costs. The refund amount will be reduced by these return shipping costs.

Common reasons for "undeliverable" packages:

• The recipient address is incorrect or incomplete.
• The shipment was not picked up within the storage period.
• The recipient's name is not on the doorbell.
• The post number does not match the recipient's name.
• The recipient refused acceptance.

Return costs:

• EU countries: €25
• Europe (outside the EU): €35
