1. Trial Purchase

The purchase contract/credit purchase contract becomes binding upon your approval of the goods, but no later than the expiration of this 14-day return period.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3. Delivery
Orders and deliveries are only possible within Europe. If you wish for a delivery outside of Europe, we will gladly try to assist you. Items are only sold in household quantities.
4. Warranty and Defect Rights
If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damages, please report such defects. However, the failure to make such a complaint has no consequences for your legal claims. For all defects of the purchased item that occur during the statutory warranty period, you have the choice between the statutory claims for subsequent performance, for rectification/replacement, and - if the legal requirements are met - the further claims for reduction or withdrawal, as well as for damages, including the compensation of the damage instead of performance and the reimbursement of your futile expenses. If we grant you a seller's guarantee, the details can be found in the warranty conditions attached to the respective item. Warranty claims exist without prejudice to statutory claims/rights.
5. Unavailable Items
If a specific item is not available, we undertake to inform you of the unavailability before accepting the order. In these cases, we reserve the right to send you a substitute item - of equal price and quality. If you do not wish to accept or keep this item, you can return it to us free of charge within the statutory warranty period, deviating from Clauses 1 and 2.
6. Price Validity
The prices stated in the catalog include the statutory value-added tax. The currency valid on www.farina1709.de is EURO.
7. Shipping Costs per Order
The shipping costs per order and delivery address within Germany for orders under 30.00 euros are 5.00 euros; for orders over 30.00 euros, delivery is free of shipping costs. The shipping costs to another EU country for orders under 80.00 euros are 10.00 euros; for orders over 80.00 euros, delivery is free of shipping costs. Please note the minimum order value of 20.00 euros.
8. Payment
Payment is made according to the agreed payment method.
9. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
